Will miss him. Was always great to meet up with him at Whiteface when he was patrolling and get to duck a rope or two to "assist" him sweep the trail! Pic is from a trip with him and the gang to Tuckerman's Ravine, ca-late 1990s RIP Bakes, keep sweeping the slopes.
